At night
The hour when everyone else has closed.
The last useful train from Malpensa towards Ticino leaves far earlier than people expect, and intercontinental flights land after it. From then on you have a taxi found on the spot, negotiating the fare outside the terminal, or a car already waiting at a price agreed in advance.
We check the flight before leaving home
That is why the form asks for the number. If you land two hours late, we know it before we are on the road and we turn up when you actually need us.
Waiting in arrivals is not charged separately
The quote is agreed beforehand and covers the reasonable time for disembarking, customs and baggage. No meter running while you stand at the belt.
There is one border and we know it
Brogeda or Ponte Chiasso depending on the hour and the queue. At night it takes minutes; a summer Sunday evening does not, and we allow for that when we set the pick-up time.
No deposit
You pay at the end, in cash, by card or TWINT. For companies, an invoice in Swiss francs.

In arrivals, with your name.
The meeting point is confirmed when you confirm, because the two terminals are not alike. As a rule we are in the arrivals hall with a sign: no car park to find, nothing to cross with your luggage.

It depends on how many you are.
