How we work with you
One contact, not a switchboard.
The person who answers is the one who drives, or the one who arranges who drives. There is no layer in between taking the request and passing it on.
For out-of-area chauffeur companies
You keep the client, we do the leg. You send us the details and the time, we turn up. Your relationship with the client stays yours: we do not contact them for anything else.
For hotels and concierges
One number for guests, at any hour, including the ones the long-haul flights land in. If you want, a dedicated contact for your property.
For wedding planners
A written vehicle plan agreed in advance, one quote for the whole day, and a contact who does not change from the site visit to the last guest home.
For private aviation
Agno, Malpensa, Linate. Someone stepping off a jet does not compare prices: they want the car to be there. We work with times that change at the last minute, because that is the norm.
Terms
Agreed by talking.
We do not publish rates, not even trade ones: between operators the price depends on volume, frequency and the kind of service, and a fixed list would serve neither of us well. Tell us what you do and with what numbers, and we will talk. Invoicing in Swiss francs.
